You’ll likely want an EDD enabled theme:http://themeforest.net/search?utf8=?&term=easy+digital+downloads
The design is actually really nice, and if you’d have submitted this last year it would have been accepted, but…
Right now, it’s an OK design by current standards, but it doesn’t bring anything new, it doesn’t add anything different that all the other designs just like this.
To get this accepted you’ll need to get everything perfect, improve that typography, and try to make it a bit more unique!

Page builder user here, I’ll give my input:
My page builder based themes work perfectly without the builder, that is, you still have access to a full blog, regular pages, usually a portfolio post type including single posts and archives, maybe even a team post type with the same.
So if you want, most of my page builder themes can be used to make a pretty big site without ever touching the page builder.
However, for those buyers that want to put together a complex, sectioned page, a page builder is an absolute must. I mention “sectioned” because that’s the main thing I find, it’s easy to make a few columns with regular short codes, but throw in some sectioning, complex elements (sliders, carousels etc.) and suddenly you’ve got a page full of short code mess.
That’s when page builders are great.
As for Visual Composer, I’m not a fan, Aqua Page Builder has always been and will continue to be my go to solution.
I hope that helps even the slightest.
As long as you don’t download the theme, Envato will have no issue refunding you, just drop a support ticket and be aware of the wait
Too slow again @Iman
Wow, congratulations! You’ve been an inspiration to me the entire time I’ve been here
Here’s to the next 25k!
Why not? People get better at what they do so their current level of competence should be reflected in any ratings, and not mistakes they may have made when they were starting out.
I totally appreciate that, and my rating would certainly jump a few marks if Envato did this, the issue I guess, is the potential for abuse: Upload a bad item, get a few sales, get some bad ratings, delete and it’s like it never happened.
