Hello, you need to test template(s) on multiple browsers and screen resolutions before submitting. Apart design quality, technical quality plays role too. If you will test the template in Opera and Firefox you will notice problems. If you will test it in screen resolution 1920px you will notice yet additional problems. Wish you good luck in further work!
