I don’t know what to do next in this case. A buyer just contacted me through my profile page 2 days ago and I already responded to him but, unfortunately, I’ve got an error message said that:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [buyer email] Technical details of permanent failure: The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.
Just now he contacted me again and I tried to reply back but still no luck. I got the same error message that his email could not be reached.
I just posted my message on the comment section of the theme hoping he will see it.
Have you ever experieced the situation like this? Any suggestion?
Thanks for the update @TommusRhodus. The site is working now. But does it mean that now we could not know whether they are verified buyers? Is this just a temporarily disabled?
Same here. I could not access the site for many hours. Hope Justin fix it soon.
I recently notice that when I open my website (theme demo) on Chrome, there is a delay time before the page is actually loaded. I see a white blank page showing “Waiting for [your site address]...” at the browser status bar for some seconds then the page shows up. The “some seconds” here is long enough and noticeable.
This is strange because, as far as I remember, it never happened before on Chrome. I also test the same address on Firefox, IE, Safari and Opera but there is no issue on these browsers. There is no delay time on other browsers. They are all fast when opening my site. So it should not be related to the hosting too (I am using Media Temple DV-VPS).
I have also tried disabling all the extensions on Chrome but no luck.
Do you experience the same? Any idea on this kind of issue?

This is hard rejection. If you get soft-rejected, you will also get some feedback from the reviewer what to fix and your item will be in the “Hidden” tab.
