@Zanzad: You’re my idol. I’ll try again. Thanks![]()
Thanks, vntux. I am not worthy to be an idol. Later, after I get the green badge..
Can’t wait to see your theme here.

@Zanzad, you will understand my point a lot better if you read my post here: http://codecanyon.net/forums/thread/envatos-most-wanted-2000-reward-for-the-first-20-wordpress-calendars/65654?page=2#594694 I personally wouldn’t take a year (or even a month) to polish a theme until it reaches a point of perfection in reviewers eyes, while I can sell it “as it is” just as well.![]()
Unfortunately I didn’t read your post yet. Too busy with my next novel and my next theme. Why my theme took so much time? Cause I learn everything. Start from zero. The standard level is my focus. So, will be easier for my next theme.
It’s about how we saw the problem. For me, rejection is something that must be defeated. a bit surprising when you say about “begging on the street.”
I’m working for responsive web for now. 2 weeks and almost done for the basic design.
Still, I stay focused to give encouragement to HeroicThemes not to despair. I am happy when others succeed.

You can’t honestly be serious, can you??? It took you 1 year to polish the theme until it got accepted on TF and now you got 38 sales, which is what, $760? If you sincerely believe that working one (!!!!) whole year on a single theme just to earn $700 is fair and for your own good, then you obviously undervalue your talent. Instead of making 50 themes over that span of time and selling them elsewhere, you keep hitting your head against the wall even if it ends up paying pennies. I am sorry, and I don’t mean to offend you in any way, but in your case begging on the street is more profitable ($760 : 365days = $2/day)... So instead of defending the reviewers who stole 1 year of your time, think about all the opportunities you missed over these months..
My theme accepted 10 days ago. 38 sales is not bad for a non-responsive web. Compare with the other non-responsive web, 38 sales is not bad. 1 year and do other thing like normal person. Writing 2 books in the same year.
My point is: patient is important thing when you get rejection. Not about $760 : 365days = $2/day…
To HeroicThemes: do not despair because of the refusal. Stay focus and beat the rejection. You can do that!
My first theme was rejected 8-9 times. And it took a year to complete. When I get a rejection, I fixed, base on the notified from the reviewer. Step by step till accepted. Patient is the key. Believe me, the reviewer want the best for all; buyers and the authors. They have introduced me to the new level of web design.
Patience, I’m sure your theme will be accepted.
I asked the same question last couple months ago. And the answer still, “NO.”
I’m using jqueryslidemenu, modified from http://www.dynamicdrive.com
duotive saidunfortunately not working for me, Duotive. I solved my problem by following this tutorial:
Deactivate theme. Activate theme. Done.![]()

Just like Mabuc’s code structure.
Problem solved.
