well, hard to tell you. You are in a loop there, Yes i can understand your point of course, and to be honest will be hard to get feedback in those therms …. The only thing i can imagine is if you have any friend that work on web or design too.

50 dollars =~ 36 euros. In Holland that would get you: 6.8 gallons of gas (public transportation / bikes ftw!)

hey wizylabs i was looking for same thing… if i found good things i´ll let you know.

I came across same thing last month. But what i build was a mix of both. So, you can choose a color scheme pre-defined, but also customize it.

In fact, once you already have the choise to change colors, build both is not such a big deal.

But, the real problem there is that maybe too many options are not a good idea.

For example, you provideo many colorpickers to change colors for, let´s say, header, container, etc. But if you do that you also need to provide colorpicker for color fonts, links, hover, active, etc… and why you don´t provide color borders? oh, if you provide color borders, then you need to provide border sizes too…. and so on. Each single customizations ends on many more options since it´s ilogical not to put one if you put the other.

This could ends on a too but too many options and that could be a problem for the user. For you, for me, for any one how spend many time developing and working on this, is not hard to understand an options page even if has hundreds of options, but for a normal user, just the first hit sight could be really hard to understand if too many options. Got my point?

I provided my point of view and you came again attacking my person, telling that i said “silly” things and that i provide an “uneducated comment”....

I realy think you have a problem man….. do what you want, but you are doing things against yourself.

And don´t worry, next time i see you on some comments, i will make as if i don´t.

Ok, i don´t want to enter on discussion but to be honest, that design is not good at all. And dont´ask me to give you the arguments on that, is just a simple thing, when you look at something, what happends in your brain the next 5 miliseconds, detemines all the rest. IN that time i figure that something is wrong, lot of things, spaces, colors, areas and so on. So, in general is bad and i realy don´t belive a developer willl code that.

When asking for feedback you need to be prepared to people saying they don´t like your work. That´s the way things goes. You can take it and build something better, and that way you will be transforming the bad feedback into a good results. That´s, again, the way feedback works. People telling you this is not good, and you making things better.

Or, if you like it, we can say “oh amazing” and is not true.

So, what you want? The truth or not?

The truth is that is not a good design. Could be unique, but that doesnt mean good.`

The good or bad feedback results, depends on how you take the feedback and then how you resolve to continue.
