For the $ you are gonna pay for a Mac Pro you could get twice as fast PC.. with the the same hardware the Mac uses.. doubled in parameters. An apple fan could prove me wrong I guess. That’s my point of view. -inlife
+1 both MacPro’s components and therefore the momentary prices are quite outdated.
I think for AE Templates in general a 27” iMac is strong enough. However if you’re also aiming at doing some 3D Work with for example Cinema 4D you should bare in mind that as far as i know only the 27” i7 has hyper threading, which means it’ll give you 8 cores to render instead of 4. i’ve been using the 27” i7 iMac since April 2011 and i’m perfectly happy with it’s performance (after manually upgrading the RAM ) for Cinema 4D, After Effects and Premiere.
Absolutely Deserved for creating such an amount of unique HQ Templates. Congrats and keep it up
Just joined the videohive team ! I’m still gonna be in australia for the first 15 days but after that i’ll get running
I use Billings! After you created your own invoice templates it works great!
hey thanks for sharing. pretty interesting!
Most template sites are primarily CS4 , and smart authors will never limit themselves by having “CS5 only” versions;
though it’s right that CS5 is a limitation for stock files at the moment your version sounds a little too drastic and please don’t forget that you can’t buy cs4 anymore (tell me if i’m wrong) which makes it necessary for people switching platforms to buy a newer version (such as me). Furthermore i’m totally with felt tips when it comes to the decision of upgrading or not. I really hope that the release of CS6 will generate more potential buyers for cs5 projects.
The Go Pro 2 is truly amazing. Got the original Go Pro about 4 months ago and made a small video having it mounted on a rc car (pretty fun :)) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9vZnnhBlnY&list=UUb3lcJWrrjwuGinx5iqaNVg&index=4&feature=plcp
The original Quality was much better but for some reason youtube dramatically increased the compression
