I like your designs and bought a couple of them and love it. What I think your are not gonna change anything, I found a guy who copied my fax cover 99%, the only thing is different is logo. but the actual form 100% the same. Even he copied a mistake that i made. I type “Reviw” instead of “Review” and copied that. I contacted support and nothing happened. So just come down and continue doing a good work.

Yeah you know everyone is right. Instead of feeling sad, use your observation and think of new things and designs. I am also in a tough situation. My best client turned against me. He is copying my work and starting a design business in competition with me. He is very rich and I’m just a freelancer all alone. I even gave him free service many times but still you see I am trying and looking for alternatives. Look on the bright side, you have an orange paw already and your items have sold some copies too. You are on the right track man. Like everyone said here, give yourself some time to think and make some plans. Be strong dude, I really hope and wish that your strategies come out to be successful. Best of luck and don’t let anything bring you down.

I remember someone had the same problem few days ago and I advised them to change the address. When you guys get the rejection mail then just reply back with address ‘support@activeden.net’ instead of ‘support@graphicriver.net’. Once you do that you will get an automatic response with the ticket ID. Hope that helps.![]()

Whenever you need some more info about a rejected item you can feel free to contact support with a ticket and that ticket will be assigned to the reviewer that rejected your item and they will get back to you with some more info.Hi Hotpin, yes, it does count when replying to the rejection e-mail. Don’t worry, I know sometimes having to wait seems like a burden, but the great news is that, in fact, every e-mail is indeed answered, and reviewers always do provide further assistance upon request.
Not correct. After replying to rejection email i got 0 answers for about 4-5 days, then someone recommend me to sent it to support@activeden.net and i got email in about a day.
