Alright guys, Dribbble’s been out for a couple of months now and it looks like something amazing to be a part of from the outside. But I’m tired of watching the team from the sidelines and I want to join in on the action. Now I was going to make a whole website requesting the world to supply me with an invite, but since that’s been done before I’m asking you guys, the awesome Envato community to hit me up with an invite. Now if you don’t know just how much I want this invite, I took a picture of myself for all of you to check out, click here (and I promise you will not be Rick Roll’d). Extremely excited about this release, especially the Nav system and the Custom Post types. Can’t wait to start fooling around with it.

If nothing else impressed me, i must say that I am ready for Gears 3 next year. The gameplay demo that they showed off looks really cool and the new Beast Mode (where you get to play as the Locust) is a really great addition to the already awesome multiplayer.

Personally, I’m not too excited about it. Collis and Envato are known to produce some amazing designs but I don’t think they created a masterpiece with this one. I know that with Creattica, Collis was trying out working with new resolutions, but in all honesty I’d prefer the more fixed designs of the past to this fluid one. The overall largeness of this design is just really not too appealing. Either way, I’m sure they’ll be as successful with this redesign (or realign) as they’ve been with others. Good luck Envato.
