We are selling digital stock products – I really can’t get my head around why authors have requested “author refunds”. It makes absolutely zero business and common sense. I can see why Envato would want to add a feature like that, but why on earth would authors? Can an author in favor of this (or who requested it) please explain their thinking behind it? Maybe I’ve missed something!
This is covered in here under the Author Driven Refunds section. From an Author point of view, sometimes the ability to offer a refund is an option some authors want to have, when communication is not working out as it should, or the resolution to a problem is nowhere in sight.
The process was already there, it involved contacting Support and requesting this, and of course, this also takes longer than we’d like. Once these tools are launched, the process should be much more streamlined offering an additional resource for authors, should they need it.Hope this makes sense
OK, let’s prepare ourselves for tons of messages “Can you either help me out with this or refund me my money?” and “I have just purchased your theme by mistake. Could I please get a refund?”
On the Earnings page, Your Total Sales is now just confusing. Until yesterday, it displayed my percentage earnings (57%) and it was easy to understand what you earn. Now, it says that Envato charges me 28.75%, and right now there, by looking at this, you have no chance to calculate how much you are actually earning from each sale. I understand the changes you made, but Earnings page needs to include full information on what author earns, and right now that is not clear.
maybe to create a /partials folder and include files to it ? Files like pagination.hbs, navigation.hbs (if you have a navigation menu), comments.php (if you have disqus comments for example).
also, if the index.hbs and tag.hbs use the same code for list posts, it is better to separate the specific code to a file in /partials folder and include it in index and tag page. It helps a lot when someone trying to change the appearance of posts list, to work with only one file and not apply the same changes to different pages.

i think the only issue is the validation errors.
