Hmm, alright. I’m definitely looking for something new (sorry I didn’t mention that). And then does anyone have any specific brand recommendations?
Well, I think it’s about time I utilized the off-topic section of the forums, since I’ve yet to do so.
For any cyclists out there- what’s the lightest (in terms of weight) bicycle that’s available under $500?
Thanks for any help!
Oh – and this is excluding the new parents who are trying to figure out when to give their baby their first haircut!
Umm, I’m not a parent but wouldn’t that one be- when their hair gets too long?
One word- weed.
(Disclaimer: I’m not endorsing illegal drug use, blah blah… With my luck I’ll get banned for making a joke like that )
Quick question- if I have a PSD theme currently for sale on TF that was accepted before the recent increases in quality requirements, is it safe to assume that if I code that theme, it will be sort of grandfathered in and accepted? (assuming of course that all other aspects of the template are of sufficient quality)
And if that’s not the case, is there someone I can contact and ask about the theme before I completely code it for nothing?
I have no problem using Photoshop for most things, vector shape creation being an exception. For that I use Illustrator and then just drag it into Photoshop.
@FullTank: Yeah I may consider that. It looks alright on a Mac, but on Windows the text gets a bit difficult to read.
Anyone else have any thoughts on it? I’m still not sure whether or not it would be accepted.
So to clarify, is this going to be based more on the style of the design, or the structure? Because I can understand and agree with diversifying the visual style of templates, but it’s been proven time and again that there are several basic structures/layouts that continually appeal to the most people (since, after all, these are generic templates, not custom sites). Anyway, I was just curious, but I completely agree with the decision (I’m hoping Apple will start to do the same with the App Store). We’ve got quantity, now we need quality (and unique quality at that).
Ah, but don’t make it too out of the box, lest TF not accept it, stating it ‘wouldn’t appeal to a broad enough market’.
So I just redesigned my portfolio website, and I was considering selling it as an HTML template here as well. But before I go through the additional work (documentation, etc.) I wanted to get opinions on whether or not people think it will sell.
So anyway, if you wouldn’t mind taking a peek at it and letting me know if it’s something you might buy (or you think someone else would buy), I’d appreciate it!
Here is the site (note that it’s not currently working in IE, as I haven’t yet fixed some bugs):
