That’s exactly what I was thinking, it seems that most of the customers do not know how to use the “Reply” link.
You should leave your skype username or email, so developers can contact you. I myself might be interested in your proposal.
Envato said they were working on this feature 1 or 2 years ago. Then, they said that the development had been stopped, so I do not think this will be developed in the near future.
Basically, the reviewer is saying that your theme’s design is not good enough (at least in his opinion)
I am not a designer, so I cant give you specific advice on how to improve the design, but maybe you should take a look at Themeforest best sellers and see what’s missing in yours.
I never used a service like that, but I heard good things about http://typekit.com/
I really like Basecamp, because of it’s simplicity.
Firefox does not show any indicator for broken images, that’s why you missed it.
Chrome, Safari and IE do show an error icon when an image URL is not correct.
