Yeah.. most common problem for me also.

I never had a client refusing me the login details, but I rarely ask. It’s a bit like nCrafts said, I ask them to do some stuff or give me login details when needed. Most of the times they offer to do it.

I guess the trick is not to ask it straight away, try to solve the problem some other way, or ask them to check the stuff you need.

It’s a tricky one.

yesterday was terrible. it was offline for several hours. today it seems to be better for me (writing from Italy).

I’m another big Fireworks fan. I did my items preview images with it This is sad news. I haven’t been able to use Photoshop the same way.. the workflow is just not the same. I guess I’ll keep using the current version of FW forever (or at least while I still use windows)
