Well I wouldnt go as far as to say that Timbaland is the best producer. He gets into these niches, where for 2 years he puts out a lot of music, but it all sounds similar. His 2 year run prior to the Justin Timberlake, Nelly Fortado, feel that hes doin now, was Missy Elliot’s run a few years back. I like him, but I wouldnt say hes the best.

If you are talking about most successful, most creative, and always changing…you have to give it to the Neptunes…hands down. And similar to Ben Affleck directing Gone Baby Gone, rather than acting in it, and it was amazing. Kanye West is an amazing producer, he just needs to stay off the mic.

you’re right… i heard nothing along time from the neptunes, missy elliott is back and is awesome as ever, kanye west is definetely the dopest and most creative rap artist in my eyes…..

ok the best black producer i mean he just procuce music and always is it a hit, he just say a few words and thats it .. anyone could now say something different but i like his creativity, now he make a lot different styles, trance elements with rnb and so on… mark ronson is very good
