Usually simple pages and posts are at the top of the admin menu. Are the most basic type of content and must be first. Move them back there and give it another try.

Why would inserting a custom post type between “Posts” and “Media” be a rejection reason?

Anyone know of a good plugin for 1.1 API that provides a shortcode, instead of a widget?
This is quite useful :) hope it helps http://wordpress.org/plugins/rotatingtweets/

Thank you! :)

For icons, most people use FontAwesome or similar icon font libraries. Demo images – usually PhotoDune or other stock photo marketplaces, with an appropriate license.

It could be that Themeforest is much more well known than it was in 2009. With far fewer members, it was much easier to find someone who was new to the marketplaces. Now, it is likely that many of the people you are sending are already members, or have otherwise visited the marketplaces before clicking your link.

^ this.

And here’s the affiliate program rule to confirm:

If you have visited one of the Envato Marketplaces before and then click a referral link, it doesn’t count

Ctrl+0 ?

Nope, made sure it wasn’t zoomed in.

Travis – it’s (only in) Chrome, as I said (latest). And only on my retina MBP, other displays/browsers are fine.

Why would you hate auto-update? 99% of the app updates are stable.

You’re right, they are :)

Just a personal preference I guess – had some times when I wished I didn’t blindly hit that Update All button :D
