thank you bitfade, saved my day!
i think they are ordered by a custom order, which the author of your theme is using in the post query. Maybe you can find the place in the php files where the custom posts are drawn from the database and you can add an own order or change the existing one.
You should look for something like this:
for more details on ordering the posts from a query check the codex:http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/query_posts
check this: https://github.com/kemayo/google-webfonts-lister
little python script returning an array with all available google webfonts from this list:https://googlefontdirectory.googlecode.com/hg/
But the script needs really long time to be executed. So no solution for updating a theme periodically.
The array looks like this:
'Abel' => 'Abel', 'Aclonica' => 'Aclonica', 'Actor' => 'Actor', 'Allan' => 'Allan:bold', 'Allerta' => 'Allerta', 'Allerta Stencil' => 'Allerta+Stencil', 'Amaranth' => 'Amaranth:700,400,italic700,italic400'
Maybe you can run a cronjob once a week, store a file with the array on your server. After that let your themes check once a week if an updated version of the list is available and deliver the content to your theme customers. Would be a somewhat better solution.
If I were superstitious, it would worry me…
just because an item is featured, it does not mean that it sells well. Check out the latest featured items, all of them have not sold well … except the html thing from a few weeks ago.
CadenGrant’s them sold quite well before…
So the quality is more important, as a featured item, but very good items sell insane as featured items….just my opinion.
I was a little shocked when I logged in today and I saw my deposit…
It is a bad omen?
this would be great and would raise customers support and satisfaction
I think its a good idea to charge for support instead of raising prices.
1) You like to keep prices.2) Theres been a lot of talk about raising pricing on Twitter & the forums. I think this will be the best marketing technique because people always look at the price of the theme before anything I imagine.
you are right. I often talked to customers here and to many friends about it and the main reason why they shop at ThemeForest, are the unbeatable prices.
This support model seems to be a good idea and it is up to the customer to ask for the support that is beyond the free support like small issues or or a problem understanding the theme.
I have to hurry, just at 70% for my new theme, so maybe i can get the 1000…it would be a honor! now quick back to work!
