I posted on Forum so I can see if other authors are also facing similar issues. And I flagged my own post for staff reply too.
Support ticket is already submitted
I just tried to upload a new PSD item. As usually, the submit button took some time and was processing. After some time, I was redirected to a broken page and the item was not uploaded. I have already tried 3 browsers.
Can someone look into this?
Just like others said, Support is not a requirement. However, if the author has mentioned in the item pages that he will provide support for his item but not providing support. I guess Envato Support will be able to help you out.
Correct me if I am wrong… You can see the username for each review left and then you can contact them via their profile contact form?
