@HAGDESIGN yes that’s a place to looking for various extensions. But in this case Snedeker want specific content submission component so I just want to give straight direction for him based on my research so far. Believe me there are another commercial content submission component in JED but NinjaContent is the cheap one.

To get that on Joomla 1.5, there’s a commercial component called Ninja Content that you can purchased on http://www.ninjaforge.com. It’s only $5 to join their extension club. I’ve tried it and works for me to allow members of a site to post a content in Joomla – admin can moderate it to approve the content submission.
