I need a designer to create a professional template based on the following website: http://www.yiiframework.com

The design should be in gray-ish/blue-ish color and should provide room to implement similar functionality as the website mentioned above.

The technical implementation (the PHP stuff) is not part of this assignment. Only the graphics, the HTML and the CSS is required.
