You should add jQuery as a dependencies for the scripts that depends on jQuery.
So instead of false, use array( 'jquery' )
Also you don’t need the is_admin() stuff. The wp_enqueue_script action only runs on the front end.

Otto42 saidI completely disagree with you. Theme check’s flags even Google recaptcha library. The main goal of theme check was to ease the work wordpress.org reviewers.
If a theme author can’t even get their theme to pass Theme Check’s ridiculously dumb checks, then it’s probably not worth the valuable time of our reviewers to even look at.
It should be in wp-admin/js/farbtastic.js
Farbtastic just got replaced in Trunk, not 3.4.2. The commit is 22 hours old and 3.4.2 is some weeks old.
I agree.. I haven’t seen a theme with just a blog for quite a while. I suppose they won’t sell as well as all those themes that all look the same. I have a simple theme that just got updated a month ago. I’ve sold 138 copies in 3 years – that’s good for me but for others it’s not.
