Unfortunately, they meant to say that whatever you do – this project is rejected indefinitely (forever) from this marketplace. Make something new, its a good practice to get rejected (every now and then) – it either teaches you to get up and keep going or it makes you realize you’re not made for this stuff.

Does the “Live Pipeline” between C4D + AE mean we’re actually going to be able to use AE’s built in DOF and Motion Blur on top of our 3D Scenes ? without the hassle of “choking” depth maps and messing around with Motion Vector passes? Could we use AE lights to light up 3D models in AE?
Cause right there is Element 3D kills it. If C4D 14 + AE could you give that, than yes, it could be more powerful than Element.

Judging by the type of movement (which seems to be “Floaty” or “Subtle) – > 3 Things that might be causing it:

1) Mismatching FPS between your AE Comp and your C4D File.
2) Mismatching Interpretation of your Rendered Footage FPS in AE.
3) Your external compositing tag is placed on the Negative Z Axis side of the 3d Screen rather than the Positive Z axis. (for ex: X: 0 Y:0 Z: -100 instead of 100 or vice versa)

and a Bonus possibility:
4) You’ve unintentionally dragged that wacom while having it pressed on that Ex tag layer
