I have web project. I am planning adding SIMPLE map API . I have found 3 APIs.
1- Google Map API (they have deprecated their API )
2- Yahoo Map API (closed developing for flash mapping)
3- MapQuest (I have no idea)

I am testing my game performance with mrdoob’s stats class. The memory usage is increasing slowly (from 7.0mb to 8.0mb in 1 minute) even when it is stabile. When I go back to menu, it is decreases about 7.5
I don’t use timer, but interval. I cleared it. I don’t use enterFrame
Any idea for my problem

Actually, I have found some tips about increasing performance for AIR on iOS and Android. Also, after Air 2.7, the Air platform becames more faster on these system. Also, I have not strong programming language skill except as3
I’ve recently been trying to make an iOS app using Flash CS5 .5. It was really easy to make, but the performance isn’t close to the performance of objective-c apps. I’ve seen some nice Flash iOS apps, but the game I’m making requires a lot of motion and fades and Flash just couldn’t perform. I’ve just started learning Objective-C using iTunes U Stanford courses. It’s VERY different than Actionscript in a lot of ways, but I’ll get there eventually.
