EugeneO nailed it.
WPWiseOwl You should read FAQ again. Exclusivity means that you can’t sell the same item elsewhere. Eg. You have theme1 and theme2. You are exclusive author and You can sell theme1 here and theme2 elsewhere without loosing exclusivity. You can’t sell theme1 here and in other market (same with theme2).
And if Envato will accept second version (eCommerce) it should be treated as a different item.
Well, from what I can tell based on items here, advanced WooCommerce support can be done with creating couple custom templates for shop and couple custom functions.
I’ll repeat myself: if eCommerce version will be accepted it will be treated as a different item (like html and wp are), so it can be sold elsewhere.
So if I will be able to sell e.g. WooCommerce version of standard theme here as a separate file it also means I can put it elsewhere without violating license agreements even if I’m exclusive author right? At the end these are two different themes.
Will ‘anonymous’ be changed to actual user names?
Awesome. I waited for this for a long time
I like what Jonathan and GravityDept said.
Another thing what I would like to see are ratings from all buyers (not only the 3,2,1). Simple message will do, like: Jon Doe rated Your item BleBleBle 4 stars. Or something even simpler. Also addition to answer them with email or something.
graty dobrze widziec Polakow odnoszacych sukces
I have to say this: it’s not even funny anymore.
I believe a lot of authors would find this useful. There are a lot of low ratings because of misunderstanding of the documentation or refusal to do some custom changes for free. And to be honest the reason they will give to Envato staff can be as random as you can get, it won’t prove anything. Here is an example:
You will help your client 3 times with some small issues/changes that will take you maybe couple minutes. On 4 time he will ask you to do some custom change for your theme that will take you 30-60min. You will refuse to do this and he will give you 1 star rating and will tell Envato staff that you’re not giving proper support for your product etc.
After this I can do nothing about it, I can only guess who gave me that 1 star, I’ll never be 100% sure.
When we’ll be able to see buyers rating?
Now, when someone send us a message via contact form we can see that he bought (or not) our item (or multiple items). Why not just throw there their rating next to the item? Or just additional page for authors where we could see buyers name and its rating (smething like ‘Statement’ page would do the trick). Is it really that hard to do this?
Nice, but I’m still waiting for possibility of seeing detailed list of authors that rate my items
