Extended Licence t-shirt or other apparel for sale, poster for sale, website template for sale (including on ThemeForest or ActiveDen)

After template submission (live preview) I got soft reject. Here is the reviewer’s message:
Here are the remaining improvements that will need to be made:
1) The main menu will need refinements in terms of aesthetics.
2) The blog page looks unfinished and aesthetically unpleasant.

I really don’t know how I should to improve these areas. So, I need your constructive advice. Thanks.

In that case 60% of TF template should go down cos` they use tons of CC item base on extended license there .but maybe the rules here are not the same. 95% of the file here on AD never uses other assets from other market apart from GR file and that just for preview. The review here on AD review files for a very long time almost from the stone age or some say from the time when homosapien start dominate the world ,so i guess they know better + its bad for our karma as flasher`s using other assets files only cos` we can do everything

Using this illustration I’ve made the Christmas card and uploaded it to ActiveDen (http://inthe7heaven.com/christmas/ ). The review wrote: “although you purchased the extended license and have right to use in the preview. You are not allowed to resell it as an AD item” Does anyone know why I can’t use it for ActiveDen?
