Thanks mcollins! :) We are looking at a buyer reward program. Currently we’re getting staff trained and shifted into areas where we can be more active with our buyers and authors.

Awesome.. I will take you up on your offer of some nice rewards (backdated of course, otherwise I will hold off on all my purchases till the rewards come in… lol)

Wow, 400 purchases! You deserve some Hero-badge (in opposite to author’s Elite-badge) and 5% discount.
I haven’t cracked the 400 just yet, but I have just bumped the number up by 1 more purchase a few minutes ago. Thus having now 498. :)

Maybe an idea would be for Envato to reward customers at 100 purchases milestones… each 100 gets you a better reward each time. It will promote more sales for sure.

Can I vote that when a returning customer gets to 398 purchases, then Envato offers the last 2 purchases of anything for free to make the 400 milestone.. ;)

Oh, and as a customer, I always rate my purchases. My profile can be checked for any that have not been rated… Bet you won’t find any.. :)

Just 3 more items and I will crack the 400 purchases mark. What medal do you have for that? LOL

I looked at the showcased sites and those are one of the ugliest designs i’ve ever seen.. :| oh..it’s 3 months old :D

ROFL… then again, it is showcasing the general user that wants to build their own website. If you want to see a semi decent site built on Ultimatum look at one I built recently… http://patapuss.com.au

Still a work in progress.

I really find this Ultimatum Theme like any other theme you can find elsewhere. It really looks odd and very common.
Like any other theme elsewhere? Common? I must be missing something as I can not find anything like it. I swear by it because of one thing… it is quite unique. Please show me another theme/framework like it, and I will buy it to compare. I am up around $6000 in purchases in the last 2 years, and yet to find something similar.

@LandonWilson Can I ask why you think it sucks? @Graphic-Studio I am a user of Ultimatum, and absolutely love it. It is a true blank slate theme/framework. So many times I see people asking why when they enable Ultimatum they see nothing? It is very clear right from the start that it is a designers dream. I have found so far that I have no limitations in placing columns, rows or regions anywhere I wish. Every element is customisable with the built in editor to every element.

I have seen that the developers are soon to release v2.4 which is in preparation to export themes in an entirely framework free state. SO you can design a theme to be however you wish, export it. I have seen a post with some teaser images of the backend admin panel, and it looks to be an incredible system.

I have tried others such as pagelines, headway and catalyst.. I found Ultimatum so far to be more intuitive, and less restrictive.

This is coming from an avid user of Themeforest, I have enough purchases to warrant my feedback on this. By the way SevenSpark, I just love your work mate.

Please don’t get me wrong, I think the authors deserve to make these double the price at a very minimum. Even that is cheap.. I guess all I am saying is that inflating the price the way it has been done has semi deflated my purchasing mojo. At 336 purchases, I think I have spent around $6-7K in 2 years. I am just being more frugal now even though it has gone up only $10 (not complaining, just curious to see what others thoughts are).
