Hi guys!

I want to create a website like a directory where people can search everything…

I have purchased a lot of database for this kind of site i.e. 35 GB [appx.] from different sources in different formats like .sql , .excel , .xml and so on…

Now after discussing for the project with some developers here in my city they told me WordPress can not handle this huge amount of data if i get alot of traffic then my site will die surely. And they suggested me to move on to ASP .Net technology.

Now i’m really confuse about it – as i’m so much familiar with WordPress simplicity and dont want to lose it.

So i thought you guys can really help me out for this!!!
