mpc saidShoot me a ticket and I’ll give you beta access: http://support.ticksy.com
Hi, more and more of my clients are complaining about ticksy bugs please do something, or I will be forced to look for other ticket system. For example I have a ticket hanging with an iframe which is destroying the layout and cannot be removed. P.S A beta access will be great.
@mpc Yeah, the problem with this now is that most buyers won’t post any more comments, as they already said what they wanted in the review. So, you will have more feedback, but your comment section will be empty, and the new buyers will not be able to see others’ opinions…
Exactly the only thing we can do is post the comments ourselves as testimonials…
This is crazy I just got such review: “Clean, stylish theme. Easy to customise (once you get your head round it) and fantastic support for anything you can’t figure out or that isn’t in the help documentation (and even stuff that is – I said they were good).” And no one will see this, I don’t see a point in this…

maybe is not a bad idea to submit first the designs / layout changes to the ThemeForest reviewers.
It would get 100% reject
When this thread started, those new tabs were heavily criticized by mostly everyone but they still went ahead with it :/ I don’t even think any effort was made in improving it from the original image in the first post.
- Public Ratings
- Author can answer reviews
- If there is a disagreement the rating is reviewed by someone from the staff, if there is nothing wrong with the product the rating is revoked
In my opinion there is no other way for this to work. With the system described by Stew we will get reviews like this “hahaha xD”.
P.S How come someone can give you 1 star rating for support if support is not even mandatory?
I will add my 2-cents. I personally am really concerned, you guys are reviewing our work running blog about design & development and you roll out such changes after months of talking about it? For me this is some kind of joke As Doru said it seams that those changes could be made in 2 hours (with testing). As for the “design” itself I wont even start… Thats just my personal opinion. Thanks!
Hi, I just wanted to ask if quality check is something that every theme will be put through? One of our item was just soft disabled due to the “quality check”. Some of the “issues” are pretty funny and I wouldn’t consider them issues (but as always we cannot really argue with the authorities) If Envato is planing to check all of the themes that would be great most of the old themes would be disabled and we would have some room for the new once
Let me know what you think.
