At this point I’m doing this on my own, but with time could become some kind of AD team up (or even inside other marketplaces), to create new, fresh, cool contents!

However some time need to pass before it, to organize my time and attend all active projects.

Hi everybody,

i have no better place to start than this one, and I feel it is time to find that person who can help me achieve many things I have/wish/need to do But I cannot do just by myself anymore, there’s too much to attend…

Let me introduce myself first: I’m an experienced flash developer (around 7 years of experience, 3 in AS3 ), I start animating in flash in high-school and improved day by day just because I love it, love at first sight with flash 5 and its colorful logo, trying to do something with AS1 without bases in programming, and playing over and over again the mosquito game that was included in the samples ....Well, that’s not important, I just kept coding and now have much better skills to create big high-quality OOP applications in AS3 . At the same time I learnt PHP and MySQL, all related to XML management for PHP -flash communication and basic flash data load, CSS , HTML, and have covered some important topics of HTML5 and CSS3 since the last months of the last year. I also graduated from “systems engineering” the last year, which is a mix of computer science and software engineering here in my country. On the other hand, I love the graphic stuff, I’ve designed some sites, I do some illustration (not an expert but nice things, I think..), good use of typography and many other things…, I like the web, the creative site of the web mainly, want to create better things each time, want to put some sites in the FWA !! and after that I want to make games, when I have the opportunity to leave the web for a time and start this new journey…

Ok, What Im looking for: I’m looking for someone with very good skills in the previous technologies, let’s say beautiful skills in:

- ActionScript 3.0 ( no more 2.0) - CSS , HTML, XML - Illustrator, Photoshop, and flash of course … - PHP

and some knowledge in: - MySQL, mmm Objective C maybe ? (but not important really)

but at the same time with an aesthetic good sense who can design, take decisions regarding design, and create nice, cool and Out of the box stuff for the different projects…

The main idea is to work in chain for multiple projects and clients around the world. I dont want to lose clients, and there are very nice things coming up, some of them related to my product (sold here in the marketplace)... These projects include full websites, application customizations, content managing systems for our own websites, games, other applications, and why not other products for sale here at envato (I have my second one in queue).... there are just too many things to do and invent!!

The modality includes quoting the projects, start from scratch in design planning and giving fresh ideas, then splitting responsibilities and the most important part, achieving the goals and make happy the client with a stunning result. We will work as partners, a percentage of the projects based on the contribution made by each part, everything clear, based on mutual trust and respect and etc., you know these things…

Of course, this person needs to have time to work in these projects, because we need to move fast too… I’m sure you understand the responsibility it takes.

Mmm I have a question regarding this… Im doing the same thing for my template, we need to ask for a key to use it right? But you need to provide a link of the work where the vimeo player is going to be used, the people who had done this before, you simply pass a preview link and explain the Vimeo team its for a coming soon project here on activeden ???
