I don’t know, i’m not that smart. I just know this from practice. Even if i do a total database import by the book the serialized data doesn’t show up in the other install.. I’ve used serialized data for sliders in the past and they did not import properly no matter what. Not with backup plugins, not with db movement, not with import files, not with anything..
That can happen if you have newlines in the serialized data but, in general, it’s imported just fine. And you can fix the newlines issue when saving your custom meta.
Even if you don’t replace strings in serialized data, they will still not import. So if you set up a separate “import wp install” and don’t touch the .xml file at all, you still won’t be able to import the serialized data (not without extra code of course).
why not ?
Note that if you replace a value stored into a serialized object, the import file will break (unless both values have the same length)
Or purchase it so you don’t need to ask permission and the videohive author gets one additional sale.
when everything else fails, read the instructions.
just kill it on mobile, nobody ever complained about it.
There’s no investigation from envato: they disable the item as soon as they receive a DMCA and the only way to have it restored is by sending a counter.
You need to counter their DMCA, after that they have 15 working days to file a lawsuit against you and inform envato. If they don’t, your item will be restored but frozen funds could take up to 3 months to be released from envato.
