Hi Pasqualee,

I believe your question is regarding an item you have purchased. This forum that you’ve asked on is a general forum for the Envato marketplaces and not the best place to request help on a specific item.

My suggestion would be to go back to the item page you purchased the file from, go to the ‘Comments’ section and ask there. I am unsure what file it is that you’ve bought, so cannot tell you where exactly to write your query, but hopefully that makes sense enough.

If you’re just asking as a general WordPress query, you might want to check out this link: WordPress.org Codex: Pages as it might help.

Good luck!

Do you mean the reviewers on CodeCanyon, that are reviewing the file you’re wishing to sell?

If so, the reviewers need to see the final copy of the code; not a “reviewers copy”. They need to make sure everything you’ll be selling to marketplace buyers is up to scratch and adheres to standards, etc. They are not going to take what you’ve made and claim it for their own or distribute it themselves.

If you mean something else, please explain further.

If it helps:

I had my 2000 new years resolution to stop biting my nails (I was 13 at the time). I bought something similar to Stop ‘n’ Grow back in the day and used to remove the old layer and paint a new layer of it on my nails once every 2nd day.

Once I realised that my habit started with me looking at my nails to “assess” their biting potential, I tried to keep my hands busy, but also try and focus on other things (can’t recall what exactly).

It took me about 5-6 months to truly get out of the habit, and over time I slowed the amount I painted on to longer breaks between days to not even doing it at all, I knew I was out of the habit.

It’s really difficult one to kick. As a girl I was also able to use coloured nail polish (during school holidays) as a way of getting me to check if I was doing OK – if you bite them or even just run them over your teeth, it chips the polish, leaving a very obvious mark that you’ve been bad.

People are saying to cut them often – I found this didn’t help for me, because I’d fall back into the desire of seeing a teeny bit grow and biting it down again. I needed to let them grow out by a few millimetres and keep them at that length.

But if they chip; cut and file it off as best as possible, otherwise that is tempting to “fix” it with your teeth.

Depending on how long you’ve bitten your nails for, you’ll find they don’t grow back as strong or stick to your skin as far along as other peoples do. This might not bother you, but it’s just something I’ve noticed.
I bit my nails for at long as I remember, so I’d say it would’ve been at least 10 years. They’re shorter and weaker than my SO’s for example.

I hope that helps :)

Get your own hosting!

Once you’ve sold your item a few times, (depending on how much the item is selling for) it will have paid off your hosting fees for the next 3-12 months and you’ll be in the positive figures again.

I lose the ability to get to the navigation once I’ve started scrolling past the first white bg area. There’s no “back to top” or sticky nav, so I feel like once I’ve reached the bottom, there’s no initiative for me to be required to go to, say “contact” or “shop”, or any other CTA.
As a buyer, I would not be interested in this since we lose the nav so easily, and it is too difficult for a user to then go back and find it.

I was also confused when I landed on the page. What am I waiting for? There’s no nav (except the cog to change colours) and just a rotating text area with nice pictures.
The navigation (and company logo) is hidden away initially – I’d say this is not what buyers would want.

Just my 2c.

There is a Bootstrap skin category on CodeCanyon – the reason there isn’t one on ThemeForest is because Bootstrap is its own framework. So it is easy to build a site out of the box with it.

The category over at CodeCanyon is for files that alter the way Bootstrap looks.

Are you talking about the latest Power Elite Author (not posting any names)?

If so, they got the banner at the top of the envato marketplaces because they reached $1,000,000 in sales. They also have their own banner on their files because that’s how they’ve coded their theme previews.
There isn’t a feature to do these things.

If you’re talking about something else, then I have no idea what you mean :)

Has anyone received their prize money yet? It’s been over two months and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve contacted support but heard nothing back. I am hoping to receive it before the cutoff date this month!

Yeah I did shortly after the winners were announced. I would suggest you contact support :)

But does he sell the exact same items? Or just other items? If I’m not mistaken exclusivity means that the items you have on Envato marketplaces can’t be sold in other places. But you can sell other items through other methods/marketplaces as long as they aren’t on any of the Envato marketplaces.

Exact same items from what I can tell. Personally not going to purchase them both to check ;)
