I’m having the same problem as JStephens. I had an account in the past but I believe Payoneer already deleted my account.

It would be great if you could clear up this issue. I emailed Payoneer CS, but never got a response.

I’m having trouble to opening a new account. I clicked the link on the withdrawal page and it only showed a login form to Payoneer account. There is no option to register a new account. I can provide you with a screenshot if necessary.

Hi All! Nice to meet you here.

I tried to update 2 themes today, both themes gave me a different response. On my older theme I was able to upload the theme file. However on my newer theme, I wasn’t able to upload the theme file. I had to upload the whole package.

Support team, do you have any clue? I don’t think this is because the compressing method since I compressed both theme files using the same method.

I couldn’t upload the theme file as well. Tried to compress using WinRar, Win7 File Explorer, and 7zip with no success.

It might be a little bitt OOT . If you are using Gmail account, you can setup 2 Steps Verification. http://generoustroopers.com/computer-tips/how-to-secure-your-gmail-account-by-using-2-step-verification/ That way only you that can access your Gmail account. I use it for my Themeforest profile account. It won’t hurt to add an extra layer of security to your email account.

I think it is a good start. My only comment is to change the font style for the body copy. Probably change it to something more readable. That font-type looks good on the heading, but not on body copy. IMO .

That won’t stop stupid clients from giving you bad rating for no reason, I have a 3 star theme which is not my most beautiful theme but in terms of coding it’s on of the best I made and still it has a 3 star rating, and it’s not because of support because I provide great support for my clients. In my opinion, The real problem is that clients that are happy with your theme – don’t bother rating it, and clients that are unhappy for any reason what so ever, even if it doesn’t have any basis – give you a bad rating.

It’s definitely true. Some buyers even don’t know how to rate your theme.

I’m sure this theme will be approved if you give more attention in the detail, typography, and spacing (padding & margin).
