You do know you can add this to your functions.php to just simply turn off the admin bar:

show_admin_bar(0);

Just enable them here: http://grab.by/9d2h

By default they are now turned off to save clutter.

aMember is good. Has affiliates built in too.

I believe TF should test themes as you have said, I don’t think they do as of yet.

I learnt recently that they are checking for certain functions in a Wordpress theme that must be present, such as wp_footer, wp_head and nav menus.

Sometimes these get forgotten but are very important for plugin’s to function.

I think if the reviewer had to test each custom feature like slider posts, colours etc the review process will take much longer. But maybe this is what is needed to get better quality themes out there.

Doesn’t the deadline theme have two sidebars, one for pages and one for posts?

If so you would need to place your search bar in the same place in both sidebars.

Unless I’m mistaking your question with something else.

This is quite a weird project as the client also wants to include his religion by including a lot of religious style images on the homepage, which I can provide.

Only two PSD ’s are needed. One for the homepage and one for the member homepage.

This job pays well and am looking for someone with great design skills.
