stevehodgkiss saidI already had it installed, but I installed it again from your link, to be sure, and nothing changed, same problems… Everything was working fine till about 3 or 4 hours ago (at least in item page), I haven’t changed none of my settings, except now installing again flash player…
It sounds like you don’t have flash installed. Chrome comes bundled with it’s own version of flash player so that’s probably why it works on Chrome but none of the others.
Could you try installing flash player and see if that helps?
Tested on WinXP/IE8, FF and Chrome all work fine. However before I installed flash the item preview was white/blank. As soon as I installed flash the item preview worked.
Please open a support ticket, provide some screenshots and we’ll try to figure out what’s happening.

I’m running through some additional tests on Windows XP – will update this thread shortly.

MValentino saidIt appears to work fine on OSX/Chrome. What operating system and browser are you using?

Just noticed that the homepage is not displaying the author icons correctly, has been that way for at least 90 minutes or so. None of the “press play” banners are displayed, except for a couple of authors, and several icons are just missing altogether. Checked this on my computer, iPhone and iPad and issue remains constant.
This was fixed a few hours ago.

Also noticed that some of the icons were being bumped below the last line and only around 8 pixels visible. This is not the first time it’s happened, noticed this about a week or so ago too.
If this is still an issue, could you file a support ticket with more information and a screenshot?

I’ve an issue when I updated my email in the Envato Account Center.
I changed my email address and now both the new and the old one receive all the replies of the threads I’m subscribed in. It’s pretty annoying to have a duplicate of every message I got from Envato
If it continues to happen please open a support ticket and we’ll try to get to the bottom of it.
If a third party decided to be malicious they could upload and delete files in your ftp directory, but not download. API keys also grant access to your personal account info, balance, sales data, statement etc – so you should be careful to only give them to trusted third parties.
The change we’re making on FTP is to reduce the current functionality of password or API key to API key only. We have updated our FTP software to show a more helpful error message on failed login.
This change has been reverted, the API method will now return all items as it used to. This method is one of the only ways to easily get all items for a user and we’ll look at improving performance in other ways.
We’d much rather you use the API than scrape the site.
If we revisit this again in the future we’ll be sure to provide an alternative way to get the same functionality. As @aaranmcguire suggests pagination may be the way to go.

Noooooo!!!! That was the only good API item in the whole thing. There goes 3 mega projects of mine.
I’m sorry to hear that! The slow SQL query behind it was causing site-wide performance issues so we had to fix it by imposing a limit.
