Hello, My HTML theme was rejected with the following explanation

“[...]The overall design quality of your submission does not meet our standard requirements and should only be resubmitted after being significantly improved. [...]”

Hi! I’m working on my first commercial theme right now I was wondering if someone could clarify if using photos from Flickr with creative commons license is allowed in theme preview, or not. If it is, where exactly should I attribute the author?
