Why don’t you just pass over this problem to the staff? Envato should want to fix this issue as soon as possible in their own interest. I am also not sure which details you need? Just open a bunch of items and you will see that the pricing box does not load.

It’s always best to go through the Support ticket system with any support issue. That way they can collect all the details to try and replicate and fix the error. The forums are not best used as a support channel.

I’ll let Support know so they can check out any current open tickets. Thanks!

Still not working. Sorry Kingdog I missed your replies about the opening Ticket, but in fact I wanted to write it here, so other users can try it on their sides, so You have more then one evidence, that it is not on the side of one user, but it is a general problem, which imo is more detailed then 1 person with opening ticket or may be I’m just too lazy to open a ticket ;)

Now I have a feeling that we live in bureaucracy here, since noone will fix it until I open a Ticket?

I have this feeling it’s to do with the Twitter API; the Twitter API has recently been taking forever to load and it looks like when it grabs the purchase button area it is also grabbing the tweet and facebook counts. Since the tweets take forever to load, it just slows down everything else.

You can view the Twitter API status here: https://dev.twitter.com/status

It shows they are having issues currently.

I don’t know anything about that API, but in general – woudn’t that API cause the same issue in all browsers?

This issue with the price box is caused due to URL Parameters. If you come to a page with this issue simply remove everything after the ? in the URL and hit enter. The page will reload with a working price box :)

Not exactly as I just entered only www.graphicriver.net – nothing else. Anyway it is not a problem for me to hit F5 and refresh the page, but the buyers don’t know the reason and how to solve it and if they come to an item, they can’t see the purchase button and that is really confussing – especially for the people who visit marketplaces for the first time.

Hey,

there is a really strange behavior with items preview pop-up and price box in Firefox as well as on iPhone 3GS. Tested in IE and Chrome and it works fine there.

Edit: using FF 27.0.1 version (btw. the Edit button also wasn’t working until I refreshed this page).

That is what I see while moving my mouse over an item – no pop-up image.

And that is when I click any item. The price box isn’t loading (waited few minutes).

Only when I’m on this page and refresh it with F5 – the price box shows, but when I jump to another Item the box isn’t loading again.

Can You please take a look at it? There are still over 15% users over the world using FF.

Here is the thread about my iPhone = same problem with price box and pop-up image:

Once back in time, one of my file was soft rejected, because of wrong category and that was fine. Now it seems, people can just submit their items in wrong categories, but that makes any search through categories really unconfortable.

For example – Add-ons – Photoshop – Actions – Text Effects

In this Category should be only Actions which works with texts, so imo ATN file must be included, but if You check that Category, You will see tons of only Text Styles – ASL files, which has nothing to do with Actions and should be submitted in Add-ons – Styles.

In fact there is only 5 Action Files ! on first page of 30 accepted files. :/

So my question is, if You can disable those files and let authors change the category?

Thank You

Jan

Looks way too complicated for me.

Especially when I already know the correct shortcuts.

Short cut vs additional oversized keyboard = Nay from me

Exactly, I’ve allready learned the shortcuts for the tools I use daily on my projects and because I can use my keyboard without watching at it, it is much faster for me then look at additional keyboard to find it. So it is nay for me.

Welcome to the River, Ewald.

I’ve just checked LR category and it looks like, there is allready too many similar presets and that may be one of the reasons, why only few of them are selling well.

May be try to check popular files on GR and make items in demanded categories.

Best of luck :)
