Return Fee is assessed by the bank when a withdrawal is attempted using incorrect bank account or delivery information. The money which couldn’t be transferred to your bank account due to incorrect information, would be returned to your Paypal account with this fee applied.

So be sure that the bank account information and the address information in your PayPal account is correct before making a withdrawal from Paypal.

btw… what is this payoneer payment method? Never heard of it in Czech republic.
