I saw this a while ago, it’s very nice and fluent. Dows anyone know how this is made?
I’ve no idea how CoolIris implements PicLens but that 3D wall effect would be relatively easy to implement in Flash using the Papervision3D library. I stumbled on FlashDen a few months ago when searching for 3D and/or PaperVision info. I’d just started learning Flash and wanted to “jump in the deep end” with 3D stuff; I found RimV’s interesting 3D studio work and soon after I joined he posted a Papervision3D/AS3 carousel. (Sorry RimV – I never purchased your great carousel because by the time I saw it I’d already implemented my own Papervioson3D carousel 
)
As for linking to the image hosting websites, you’d need to using the APIs published by those sites. I’ve got a work-in-progress converting my carousel (currently only using locally hosted file with XML and publicly shared image feeds from Flickr and Picasa) to use the Flickr and Picasa APIs but only just started digging into the APIs )
BTW , just want to take this opportunity to say say how great FlashDen is. I hope to be participating more actively (buying and posting) soon when work pressure (programming, but not in Flash, unfortunately) eases off.
