It can be accepted but submitting only 3 pages will give you lower price and that price won’t change even if you added more pages. That’s what I thought

If that’s the case then do I require to write scripts to protect the background image from theft?

And one more question, can I re-use the photo to another template’s demo?

Hi, can I purchase big photos and make it a background in my template’s demo in TF? Of course I will not include this in the download package…

The design is good but not unique enough I see some of the templates here with high sales that looks similar to yours but if you get accepted you’ll be lucky :D

Your design looks like a free template. Look at the approved templates in TF and figure out what’s the difference. Investigate the spacing, margins, typography and the look and feel.

HEy there

Well see the thing is that reviewers are not here to create your themes, and help you get your theme approved. You have to do all the work. If your theme has some potential they will say that it is good but needs some fine tuning. Your template has to be unique and have some good functions.

Also if it’s a WP theme your back end has to be clean and not cluttered, simple to use.

I was told that the back end is a 30% deciding factor in approving it the rest of it is the actual design and functions.

I know it’s frustrating because i had rejections too and i was a bit pissed off but at the end i used that rejection to my advantage.

All you have to do is keep on keeping on and don’t give up.

I see some good things in your theme but it’s just not there yet.

Cheers

Lester

I disagree, there are lot of new authors here who got accepted. It’s just that your item is not good enough or not unique enough. Don’t waste your time waiting for the feedback from the reviewer, instead look for other solutions. The internet is big there are lots of information out there that can help you improve your designs. I recommend to visit this website everyday (www.dribbble.com) and (behance.net). Look closely how they do their designs

Themepixels, what should I learn from an email without any info? You can learn something from an empty space – that’s cool :) I can’t.

From my experience if the template is far from ready they will not specify what part of your design that needs improvement. But if your template have a good quality then that wold be the time they will give you specific information.

In your case you need to focus more on the quality the look and feel. Go to dribbble.com it will help you a lot.

I remember I was like you before, I left TF for a year and in that year I practiced more and after that I submitted my template based from what I’ve learned in that year, then it got accepted. Now I have 5 items here in TF..Don’t get upset instead focus and don’t just wait for the reviewers to give you more information, you’re just wasting the time waiting. Internet is big there are more valuable information out there. Think of it.
