ThemeForest has some very talented people working for them, but I suppose the lack of ability in the management team is pushing these absurd “improvements”.

I can name a thousand features more important than this.

I recently had a huge problem with a client. It was neither mine or the customers fault.

Customer emails me the login details to her website from my profile page. I have not read the email for 3 days since I was away for the weekend.

Next thing I know, she is blaming me for placing spam content on her site. In my luck, she is a reasonable customer and know that doing something like that would only hurt my sales.

I am thinking this is caused by a “Man in the Middle” attack, listening the connections to and from Themeforest.

I think its about time we see that secure icon when we login.

I think thats the most important bit. You lose the old links

That’s why I try to use native WordPress functionality in my themes. Never had an issue with a customer about customizing the theme.

||+521476|crozer said-|| It won’t get accepted, sorry. Not in the PSD , WP or HTML categories. You need to work much more on your design aesthetics. Or, if you’re a full-blown coder, impress the reviewers with mind-blowing features (such as Striking did). Good luck!

I actually don’t get why it won’t get accepted. If u-design, striking or karma is accepted, this one should be, too.

Generic themes sell more, that’s a fact.

I am using add_query_arg and remove_query_arg to display classic portfolios with pagination here:

Basically, you can go to http://ux.turkhitbox.com/classic-3-columns/?skill-type=portfolio-gallery

to go to a different portfolio type, but there is a problem if you are using permalinks.

When you go to the page 2:

and click on a different portfolio type:

It brings an empty page, since I cannot remove the pagination (/page/2) using remove_query_arg

Is there anyway I can get the base url of the page?
