So how does Vimeo work for example?

When i upload my .mov do they always convert it to .flv , or is the flash player just a interface and it actually plays different formats?

There have been attempts to create a chatroom for users but they all pretty much failed.I guess the demand just isn’t there.

I would like to see a general chatroom for envato people but for author-buyer relations i prefer email.
