PhoneGap temlate system is different, you will have lots of UX issues after implementation. Simply you need to make/buy themes that use hammer.js/touchswip.js libraries.

Thanks Charlie4282, Because when I switch from the free templates it keeps everything (navigation, pages, posts) I know I will have a lot of manual labor, but the site I’m going to be rebuilding is a real estate site. Too much info to try and copy and paste over.
Show me which theme you using and which theme you going to use.

This is good advice.

Just because it keeps the content does not mean it will not need to be completely re entered in a different way to suit the new theme ESPECIALLY in any kind of directory site

Hello, I’ve always installed new themes and the .xml file to build new sites. What is the best practice if you want to update to a paid theme, but don’t want to lose any content?

Alwys backup DB, and i xml backup.
