The rule with footer scripts is probably reviewer dependent. Because I see themes just approved with scripts in header. I don’t like scripts in footer, looks messy!

Probably new themes will use only the native player. On old themes, will probably add the native player support but not remove jPlayer, because some of the content may need it(for users that don’t care to update content); Backwards compatibility is the key feature.

Happened the same thing to me. But for stuff on the meme-thread.

You can multiply that by two. Because once I updated a file and noticed only after the approve that it had another problem.

@bitfade I think the issue is with that Notification to buyers. Because the system will send mails to buyers. This can let one to update & notify buyers everytime has a new file, by updating all his files so all his buyers will know about his new file. Spam. It’s a tricky thing. But, like I posted before, can be filtered by manual approves when Notification is required.

Another rule can be: If you need to notify the buyers about the update, the update needs manually approved.
