I would suggest trying with the HTML template. You will have more chances for approval. I like the way it looks, btw

I agree. I don’t like the blue color, it’s too dark for my taste. Also, as OriginalEXE pointed out – some of the gradients look outdated.

Well it needs more work in the overall styling. First of all, the background is too intense. Maybe use a slightly lighter pattern. Also, pay attention to typography, it needs more work as well.

Hi, i’ve been searching flickr last week or two, and i often get the message Flickr has the hiccups. We’re looking into the problem right now. Almost every time i search through it, i receive at least once this message.

I haven’t noticed that before? When are they planning to resolve this issue?

Most importantly, am I the only one receiving this message so often?

Holy crap o.O My screen is 1440 px wide, and i haven’t tested it on wider screens, so i had no idea about this. No wonder we got rejected.

Any more thoughts, in terms of overall design and aesthetics?

Hi there. Our template got rejected with a standard hard reject message: ‘does not meet our minimal technical standards’ etc…

First of all, i want to get this of my chest: It would be so much better if they would write at least one ‘custom’ sentence, even if it’s ‘this is awful’, but at least something human. If reviewers can spare a few minutes (hours perhaps) testing the template, they could at least spare a few minutes more to type a short sentence explaining why was it rejected. Just my two cents.

Anyway, you can check our theme here. As you can see, it’s a one page HTML template, with parallax. Any feedback on it is welcome
