But it’s been 3 days. Not to be bitchy, but surely as a company, they should respond fast to matters that concerns money. It’s been 3 days now and no reply. I paid $19 dollars and still no access to the files.
O well. I guess after today I will have to do a charge back, since they probably won’t reply when I send them a email asking for my money back
Hello, I sent 2 support tickets for this and its been over 48 hours and no reply.
I paid through paypal for the Tuts+ premium for the special going on. And I got the receipt so I definitely paid for it but I still can’t access the files. it keeps on asking me to join again. The 25 credits looks like its been applied to my account too.
Yea I already sent. It’s just frustrating. I definitely paid for it because I got the paypal receipt. The usability of the payment system is quirky.
Hello I signed up and paid but its not giving me access. Looks like it gave me the $25 credits. I sent a support ticket but no reply.
What gives? Help
Dang, you guys make me feel old, Im 41, almost turning 42. I’ve been doing web design professionally since 1998, and I am working on my first templates right now. Hopefully I will have them up soon.
Yes it could use some tweaks.
The logo is blah. Come up with something more unique and sharp.
It seems dull and lacking contrast in some areas, like in the banner area.
Needs some whitespace adjustment in some areas.
Top left SM icons – center vertically, it’s a little off.
Play with your text line height
Icons on the 3 columns in the content area need to be better. Maybe use ones with colors.
Looking good. Work on that banner area more to make punch
You need to work on your visual hierarchy a little; the content in the blue area has a lot of the same weight through out. You probably want to put more emphasis on the top half of the blue area and have the second half with the sparkle lights smaller…or maybe have the main wedding be the video.
The footer area is a little bulky also….refine it more.
Ok this image is actually what it looked like from the camera, except for some slight level adjustments. It was at a halloween party in a dark club taken with the iPhone 4, but I love the mysteriousness and creepiness. It was a pumpkin mask.
I have a NEC PA271W , Cintiq 21UX (love it), Samsung 244t, and a HP LP2065
