I have been contacting since last 2 days and no response as I’m not receiving any emails from envato. Buyers are going crazy about I’m not replying.
No item update notifications, no item rejected notifications. I created three support tickets but still no response from the staff.
There is no options to check the status of support tickets submitted.
Eagerly waiting for responses from envato support staff.

Is the review process ever going to be soft tuned so that we can see the same kinds of time exposure between items? Friday 2-3 got in, which stayed at the top until Monday noon (GMT), and then all hell broke loose.
I totally agree with you Snoopy. I have noticed this for many days that the lawn will retain same and all of sudden the huge troops(themes) will appear on the frontpage pushing others to 2nd page though its released just a day before.
I think reviewers are working mostly on monday and tuesday or the day when they like to review not sure whats the review process and timings are. But I think there should be more improvements in the reviewing process and conditions for daily approvals. There is no limits or timings or anything relevant to review process is mentioned in the knowledgebase or FAQ in any Envato Marketplace Sites.
Updated Item is again on Homepage. I don’t want to point to the Item but it was released in November 3rd week and it was updated on 10th December and now its on the 10th December approved pipeline. Something is gone wrong with envato updates or so.
