It doesn’t take long.. could be down to a few minutes. And the old version stays online in the meantime, I think.
Yeah, catchy I would advise you to add “90s” and “eurodance” in the tags and/or description. That’s what I thought of when I heard it, and a think there is a higher chance that people searching for these terms will be buying, than people searching for New Years music – just my two cents.
Thats stupid. If you want to protect your head, use a helmet. If you get smacked by a bus mirror passing over the sidewalk, you’re gonna be lying on the ground looking like a bleeding idiot with a giant scarf.
They should make a self-triggering condom or something instead
Yes, the search engine has been tweaked again. I use standard test searches from time to time, and I see some of my items that previously came up first have been pushed down (by older items)
EDIT: and some of my items have been pushed up
IsaacA, since you’re struggling making yourself understood maybe you could do a quick demonstration on his file of how you “reduce the gain, make the sound silky/crystal, maybe through mastering, or through compression…more in the high band”-thing that you think will help him getting his track accepted? It sure made me curious.

I would like to revise this advise (for newcomers, especially). Read the forum a lot! Contribute only if you have something valuable and relevant for the discussion. I see some people who feel the need to respond to 5-10 threads in a row with p*ss. It likely won’t affect your sales, but you can learn a lot buy reading through some of the threads
What you get now when you enter a search phrase is 30 pages of audio, and no way to narrow it down using other refinement options than the categories. Compared to the vast amount of sound on AJ, 30 pages is way too little (when searching for a common phrase). If I’m not wrong, this means the the majority of sound on AJ is impossible to find via the search engine. If you ask me, the task shouldn’t be purely on the authors to promote their portfolio via external sources and make buyers find it.
