This summed it up, guess i was out of the line challenging anyone, sorry.
I do agree with most of the things but let me get this strait.
We are not to tell reviewers and others that they are doing a bad job publicly we hurt there feelings… but buyers can tell us via mail, comments sections our support system gazilion times and in the end give us unjustified bad rating and when we ask to remove it, we get sorry this is valuable feedback?
If support is not answered, don’t push it a? but buyers can push is and extort us with ratings and bad comments on again Envato cannot help us.
Opening the same thread 2/3/i times to say the same thing but yet again we got in 3 hours 4 mails, 3 comments and a bad rating?
We are encouraged to react on this negative feedback in the manner to improve our self’s in the worst case we get soft disabled without any notice.
Or am I missing something?
Ha yes so this “You Do Creative, We’ll Do the Rest.” is a bit misleading isn’t it?

Actually this part is a bit in conflict, since we all do pack free plugins inside our products that we payed for, you should refine this like:
“Give a customer outside of envato packed product any additional incentives on the purchase of an item on Envato Market that they would not otherwise be eligible for”
And don’t forget on free theme installations that are offered.
Since legally we all are breaking your rules and envato is also breaking there own rules by allowing this.
At least I think this could be understood this way.
As I am the author of that post sketchpixy has pointed to, i have to say i don’t have an opinion on the naming of the process since it is not my field of expertise. But I do agree that some things need to be changed. As I pointed out in my post i do not contradict the notion that we were rejected, if theme has bugs hell yea reject it. The main point is that our process went from almost approved with one thing to change in description to almost nothing works theme is broken we cannot proceed with review to uploading a same theme with proof that we tested it and it works and ten again miraculously it works with more cosmetic changes and one small issue. This a waste of time, now if this process moved quickly as it did in the past i would not mind it, I get rejected provide a fix in 20 mins or an hour and got it approved.
You have to feel this as we did it felt like
“hi I brought to you this thing and it works” “ok let me see… you have to fix this and this and we can accept it” “ok i fixed what u asked here you go” “Great i see you did, just slap this label on it and you will be ready to go” “Fantastic here you go…. ” .... slience for some time and you wait patiently “Mate this thing aint working at all i could’t even test it, recheck it all again at first glance i saw that you have to fix this and this and bring it back so we can test it again”
You are agrivated but you bring it into the lab and
“come on guys lets see what the hell is wrong… well hmm everything works fine :S” “hi mate we did all the tests and without doing additional work to it, look it works!” “Ah great now i can test it, ok change few colors you have a small bug here and your ready to go”
...............X( “ #%## ! how come now it works and we did nothing???!!!!!”
So either we don’t know what we are doing here or they don’t, or somebody is just decided to do some joking around.
We are here for some time now we never had to go true something like this we are 15 days into review process
Would be cool yes, I mean I don’t mind rejections but, you have to keep in mind that rejecting and debugging in this way is time consuming and as I sad how come it works one time and does not the next time.
Sorry if I came out a bit harsh, but please do understand our point of view. We do have mouths to feed.
Ok for now i am not gonna post the whole story but just the latest happenings.
Our submitted new theme got trough a series of soft rejections due to some issues which got fixed and took us 5 days or so. And the last rejections was just to add a description to description page (which is absurd because we can add that at any time), we were for sure that next time it will get accepted, we submitted the same theme and added the description in 5 mins, Then we again waited for few days and then a shock we got a soft reject stating that basically the theme is almost totally broke and can’t be tested further on! We kept our cool and uploaded again with all the proof and repeated tests that it does work. Thinking surly they will respond fast and after 3 days now we got a soft reject with some more or less cosmetic changes that actually happen due to unity test without some settings of our theme and of course the style that is part of our theme.
The scariest part is that last soft reject that took us all together 5 days stated that the theme is broken and after re uploading the same theme it now worked????
Either somebody does not know how to do there job or is somebody deliberately prolonging this and treating us as fools.
This seriously injured our income, since we expected the theme online 6 days a go which would bring some more money and exposure for this month to pay our bills normally. Now coz of this joking around we are going to suffer financially.
You really need to redefine your testing procedures, we always put comments for the last few rejections so reviewers when they bounce around an item between them see what other reviewer sad its ok. In the past some of this things were tolerated because we fixed the theme in an 30 mins and re uploaded and got approved or a response now days every soft reject prolongs for 2 days or more the whole process.
Now again the part that irritates me the most is how come a reviewer says its ok and the other says its broken and then again its it works???!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
Now we will yet again after we resubmit have to wait till Tuesday next week since envato in most cases does not do many reviews from Fridays to Tuesday.

Found and resolved the issue, it did not read helvetica neue as it should, i removed it from my system and now it works.
Its not just the line hight i already mentioned this in few other posts, something weird happens to my fonts, its not just here, so for now i do not know if its new update related or tf related, i don’t have this issue on other browsers, and on some other machines it works fine, i am really frustrated coz of this lol
