My question still stands unanswered, what about ratings, if an item is not supported and we get bad ratings on that notion?
Well now we have another big problem, today I’ve set a no support on one on my items and already got 1 star rating, reason no help for a sale that happened a while ago.
How will this be handled?
I submitted a ticket and got a reply that they are aware of it and are working on the problem.

To be honest recent drops in sales are quite scary, last year at the same time we experienced a massive drop from July to June and did not pick up any more, new product got our sales quite high up and this year again. It actually renders everything irrelevant from before, old theme just die out regarding visit and sales.
What happened last year and this again our best seller drop 70% in sales from one day to another and this year again which is just well woooow and I have no explanation what so ever, its like someone just switched something off.
If this happens again this year it will become a business model that depends on lucky strikes which is not viable.
p.s.: in years before 2014 this did not happen
Interesting, first 2 weeks in July were ok for us but this week started horribly.
Because some items do not offer extended licence option.
