Please i think we need official response on this ASAP. It is scaring the living poop out of me.
Now i have a really important question which can impact on every author here that lives in a country that has similar laws as our (which I think most of eu has)
If we how Creattive explains now sell directly to buyers, how does this effect on or laws? Meaning we have to issue an invoice to every buyer, because if we can issue refunds how can this be achieved?
If that is the case we for example can shut down our services cos we have to charge each and every customer differently, depending on were they are from, since we are obligated by VAT.
Something very scary and smelly is brewing up hear? It looks like envato wants to re-leave themselves from any responsibility towards buyers and eventually put everything into our hands?
Please can somebody elaborate on this? It is really disturbing me.
Wanted to get opinion of you guys, is this still usable to have an option to turn off responsive, do you still offer this option?
With all the devices on the market, i can hardly image anybody turning this off. what is your opinion on this?

Yes, but if we have more options, different styles what then? Since we have an option to have more views on more pages, so actually we do allow that in our themes because we got quite some demands for that. For example they want multiple blogs on one page with each having its own view… now if this is not permitted we cannot offer this function.

Somehow i cannot find this in submission requirements.
Point is that we have some options for additional random image views, removing this or changing require from us to remove some functionalities of the theme.

I do agree with most of the things but let me get this strait.
We are not to tell reviewers and others that they are doing a bad job publicly we hurt there feelings… but buyers can tell us via mail, comments sections our support system gazilion times and in the end give us unjustified bad rating and when we ask to remove it, we get sorry this is valuable feedback?
If support is not answered, don’t push it a? but buyers can push is and extort us with ratings and bad comments on again Envato cannot help us.
Opening the same thread 2/3/i times to say the same thing but yet again we got in 3 hours 4 mails, 3 comments and a bad rating?
We are encouraged to react on this negative feedback in the manner to improve our self’s in the worst case we get soft disabled without any notice.
Or am I missing something?
Ha yes so this “You Do Creative, We’ll Do the Rest.” is a bit misleading isn’t it?

Actually this part is a bit in conflict, since we all do pack free plugins inside our products that we payed for, you should refine this like:
“Give a customer outside of envato packed product any additional incentives on the purchase of an item on Envato Market that they would not otherwise be eligible for”
And don’t forget on free theme installations that are offered.
Since legally we all are breaking your rules and envato is also breaking there own rules by allowing this.
At least I think this could be understood this way.
