this is not a bashing thread, just wanted to know what are the limitations to reviewers to not be able when giving a soft reject to test it all the way and if you do find bugs to provide all. Instead in one soft reject we get for example 5 issues, then second 3 issues then third again 4 other issues etc. and of course 3 different reviewers.
This is a huge waste of our time and please for future reference for some bug we do need to know how you got to those, for example there is an issue that we cannot reproduce in our test environments and again to communicate further on we had to re upload posting a comment and again wait, now this use to work to a degree a while ago when this times were a bit shorter.
However to be honest the first soft reject we got was lightning fast after that every re upload new stuff were found.
Please do rethink about the process a bit. I think it would speed up stuff for you and for us just buy testing everything in one swipe not in parts or is this deliberate for some unknown reason to us?

Ah yes, this is that spooky thing… we had a html that was for I think 5 month on top that all of the sudden one week it dropped 50% and from that day it never recovered, why? Really don’t know.
I do notice top items advertise a lot but really a lot, there banners keep popping up everywhere i just want to know are they doing that a lone?
I really struggled finding a reason why sales drop all of the sudden for some and for some they just keep going on.

I agree the reviews should stay. If I buy a wp plugin which is buggy, doesn’t work as advertised and needs a masters degree to configure, I’ll leave a bad review and ask envato for a refund.After the item has been refunded, does that suddenly make the review and my experience of the product any less valid? Do we pretend that a poor experience never happened?
Well that’s a non sense why you may ask? If the ratings stays he should still then have an option to change it to a higher rating further on, specially in case stated in this thread.
all this rating stuff is silly in my opinion, to counter dongs reply, so if I rate 1 star and later on theme gets fixed and everything works perfectly and i do not change the rating, in that case the rating provides false feedback.
This needs to be brain stormed and built from scratch.
