Being an Envato author that actually started on GraphicRiver, I recall a community that worked out their issues and problems by asking, wondering, even begging. Now I only see some capitalized, ridiculous comments referring to racism and absurd expectations.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of support tickets handled as we speak, some of them come from desperate authors (a situation every author has or will go through), suggestions, feedback, site improvements, etc – and you wonder why you are not getting a reply within 2 days?. If you are that desperate, at least have the decency of asking nicely if your ticket is being reviewed or not.

Furthermore, dear Hotpin, the fact that your flyer was well received on Forrst does not mean, not even close, that it will get accepted here. Stop this whole madness of opening huge threads, pointing fingers and USING CAPS LOCK .

I’m sorry, but I had to take it out of my chest.
Put just a tiny bit of effort into the forums to bring that great and supporting community back.

First I went back to make sure that I did not used caps and the other stuff you’ve mentioned above. The only conclusion I’ve got, is that you took me for my last comment only. I’m afraid that’s a poor judgement.

If you take a look at my previous comments you’ll see that I kept a very peaceful mindset about it.

Come on mate, I really did mentioned the 2 days period… but look closely. Is there any absurd complaint in my words? Please, tell me? Did I offend anyone to receive such a harsh answer and be labeled as a desperate?

Now… Put yourself in my shoes… I’ve been away for 3 months, spent a significant amount of time creating something, that’s rejected without any reason at all. Not even a “Sorry dude, this sucks!”. The only expectation I had is to get an answer. the answer I did not get at first place.

You mentioned that there’s loads of reviews and tickets, right?! I agree with you. But here’s what I think… If I had this answer at first, I wouldn’t have opened a support ticket about it. One less ticket for them.

Whatever… enough said.

Hi kokodesign27, I’m afraid that’s not totally true! If I’m not mistaken, I had only one item that was rejected for good. All the others have been approved. But some had been rejected asking for some improvements.

I don’t know if it’s the case here as I got no feedback about the rejection, but sometimes even top sellers get rejected. The secret is to find the standards that GR will approve. Once you get the hand of it, you’ll get almost no rejections.

Mate welcome back! on the first one they didnt like the typography ok i accept it! but on the secont one they want me to change the whole concept and make it more complex! This is not quality issue! Ok i will put boobs and some walls and some 1000 vectors in there to make it more complex!

As I thought… They think it’s too simple! The problem I see here, is that they’ve pointed you the directions to improve your item only to reject it later. Although I think that’s not nice, I know that’s not intentional of them! The second reviewer it’s probably not the same who did it at first.

The first time it happened to me, I just got furious about it. Sometimes it happens…

Your designs are great and very occasions driven, just make it more like it. Just add some more elements that will link with the theme.

It’s been a while huh?! :)

My item has just been rejected without any explanation other than the default answer.

I don’t believe it to be regarding aesthetics. The only reason I can think off is about usability.

I’ve tested it over and over and over… It it looks fine to me.

So, I wonder what’s the problem. Can you guys help me?

I never got an email response but what I did was log onto my Adobe account and I saw that my file had gotten approved.
That happened with me too :)

Nope… Not approved so far…
