Samsung rules !
i stopped buying altogether on all site because there is no buyer protection. I buy so many things that has false advertisement and doesn’t work as advertised, that I just don’t have time to waste money on these sites until these issues get addressed and taken more seriously.
“Generalization” of bad habits can do more harm than good.
There are very few authors who want some so called “quick bucks” , but there are many many great responsible authors who have wonderful portfolios with bulletproof products with very cheap prices. They make this marketplace a whole wonderful place with buyers.
I think the best way is contact support with the product/author you’ve encountered.(and I know you don’t have to do that , our time is gold)
Envato should consider those situations very seriously , because “trust” is hard to gain but very easy to lose.

Those are all great feedback , thanks.
I also wish I knew how many of the current members of marketplaces are authors and/or buyers.
Dear purchasers , we want to hear from you , please keep this thread alive !
It happens randomly
I start at the age of 12 when i got my first Commodore 64 was fun at first 2 years doing animation base on mathematics and my mom told me keep doing that you will be rich someday, but then at the age of 14 i discover something more imported then programing and that was the female sector, so i practice on that sectored 8-9 years then when i needed money i start programing again . From what i read here starting on that early age on been a a computer nerd most of you missing what is really imported in your youth
Hey Tsafi , you should publish a book and beat Paulo Coelho
There was a program named Deluxe Paint on the great Commodore 64 , and using lightpen on it was a dream…
Holding the lightpen and drawing by touching the TV Screen , was a wonderful technology dream for me considering the date and the cult Sci-Fi movies of the era…
And then, it started all , I think I was at 8-9 years old.
1-Tell them to contact with you by using your profile page.
In your mail account’s inbox , you’ll receive a link , which leads you a message telling you the user bought your product or not.
2-Also , if they purchased your product , there will be a “purchased” badge at their comments’ upper right corner , at your items’ comments section.
Well let’s see… I guess I base most of my purchases on feedback in the item’s comments. I look for comments that state that the item was easy to use/install, and I also look for questions asked by the buyers that get responses from the author. Questions asked and never answered stick out for me as a no buy item. Author rating does play a role, but a very small one. Item support after the sale is probably #1 for me though I very rarely ask for support, it is nice knowing if I have any issues I can get help.
One thing that does bother me is when a question is asked, and the author responds with “answered in email”. More then once I have had the same question, and now have to contact the author instead of reading the fix/answer right there where it was asked previously.Just my 2c. Hope it helps!
Thanks a lot for feedback.
