Right now, the only way to contact a user is through the contact form on his/her profile. All emails sent through that form also include a verification link so you can see if the user purchased any of your items.
I’ve check the profile of my user “http://themeforest.net/user/myuser” but I didn’t find a contact form or a contact link.
Can you guide me to it?
Anyway, the buyer email address in the email sent to me is the real email address of that buyer of it’s just the no-reply email of Themeforest?
Can I use that email address to contact that user?

I’m not sure if I miss the private message feature on ThemeForest or not.
I’ve seen that when a buyer sent me a message, it usually sends me an email to my personal email.
I’m wondering that there is no message system on Themeforest site? As well as the normal features of private message such as
- Notifications for incoming messages
- Message sending which I can just type and send it via Themeforest
Now, I’m just using my personal email to contact with my buyers.
Am I missing something?

BiiBua saidNo, this can make your file ‘held by review team’. Happened to me long ago. It’s not allowed so that authors don’t abuse the system to get on homepage at specific time.
Can I bring my submission back, update it, and re-submit it again?

I’ve just submitted again a minute ago and I hope that my first theme will finally get a visa this time. ;P
